Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations can be initiated by the users themselves on their booking. The exact cancellation charges and refund amount will be displayed prior to seeking confirmation of the cancellation. The cancellation charges varies for each booking depending on various factors such as Category of booking, Merchant with whom the booking is tagged to and how much prior to the booking date time the cancellation was initatied.
The refund amount will be credited back into the user’s account, to the same source through which the payment was made, within 7-10 working days, post initiating the cancellation.
