Can I search by venues/places on the Around Us app?

Yes. Select your preferred location or set your current location > Select from the venue/places list shown below venues or select ‘See All’ to check for more venues. If you have selected location app automatically shows the near by available venues/places to book.


I cannot see any venues near my area? Why is that?

Please check if the locations services are enabled in your phone and Around Us is having sufficient previliges to access your location.

Further there can be the case where there are no venues tied up with Around Us and/or if there are no venues near your selected location. The app automatically shows the closest venues to your area. 


Where can I get information regarding the equipments?

If the equipments are available for rent, the information is provided in the venue detail page.


What does the venue rating signify?

The venue rating is the average of all the ratings given by the Around Us users for a particular venue.


How to rate a venue or submit a feedback to the venue?

In the Around Us app, go to past bookings > Select the booking you want rate > Rate. You will also be able to share feedback to the venue directly through the email by reaching out to support@aroundusapp.com.

I had made an offline booking, can the issue be resolved through Around Us?

No, bookings made only through Around Us can be resolved. Please get in touch with the venue directly regarding offline bookings. We can share the contact details of the venue/merchant if required. 

To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Around Us app.


What does the grey and white slot signify while booking?

White signifies slots available to book and grey signifies slots which have already been booked/Not available.


Can I book for more than one hour in advance?

Yes, you can book in advance but the booking is subject to availability of slots.


As a merchant, can I cancel a booking. If yes how?

As a merchant,If you want cancel any booking due to infrastructure or other issues. 

Please cancel it directly from the app. We encourage you to do the cancellation well in advance to avoid any incovience to end user. Our cancellation policy will apply.

How can I register for new service ?

Please login as a merchant and follow the below steps  :

1. Login to Around Us App with your email or user name and password

2. Go to Services

3. Click on Add(+) Icon

4. Select sub category and enter service details(persons,Units and Time interval) as applicable

5. Enter the Base Cost

6. Click on Add

7. Provide more details on next page Such as Court details, Indoor Flag  and hit submit

8. On the final page you may add slot details by choosing hourly slots

9. Add additional information regarding amenties

What is the verification process for merchant services?

Once you have added a new service,our team will review the information you've provided. This includes validating your business details and ensuring your services align with our guidelines. You'll receive updates on the verification status via email. Please visit the merchant page for details. https://aroundusapp.com/merchant

How do I edit my merchant profile after registration?

You can easily edit your merchant profile by logging into your account and accessing the merchant dashboard. From there, you can update your information, services, and availability.
